Video Team Leader
About The Position
- Managing and mentoring a team of supply and demand managers across different screens and platforms.
- Onboarding new video publishers and partners, outlining the process and know how of optimization and activity set up
- Mentoring and providing priorities for account management aspects.
- Evaluate media opportunities and present media strategies.
- Maintain, develop, and grow existing partnerships.
- Managing video technology providers relationships and commercial negotiation
- Hands on video experience (as an account manager, demand manager, media buyer, analyst etc.) of least 1 year – a must.
- Account management and business development experience.
- Experience with the video advertising platforms like LKQD, Springserve, Streamrail etc.
- High-level proficiency in written and spoken English – a must.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Organized and performance-centered individual, able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
