About The Position

  • End-to-End PPC campaign management: Keyword research, ad writing, improving conversions along the funnel etc.
  • Manage large amounts of performance campaigns in different countries on various platforms.
  • Find and apply growth hacking tactics to attract more traffic and leads.
  • Monitor and analyze all campaigns to meet ROI goals.
  • Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space.
  • Manage and mentor about 6-7 employees: training, HR management, bringing a group to its maximum potential.
  • 2+ years handsĀ­-on experience managing PPC performance campaigns on Display, Search, Native, Social, and E-Mail Marketing
  • Experience running Adwords, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, and other PPC Platforms
  • Experience working with $1M monthly budgets.
  • Managerial experience - a must.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and result oriented mind-set.
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of web analytics, metrics and tools/platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills and attention to details.
  • Outstanding project management skills, demonstrated by ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Energetic, Ambitious, "can do" attitude, Autodidact, Smart, Critical and analytical thinking skills.
